Your role:

  • Own WA growth. Drive sales across Western Australia by leveraging warm leads while identifying, engaging and qualifying new opportunities on site. Partner with Category, Sales and Marketing to convert and scale.
  • Grow key accounts. Deepen relationships with major Contractors, increasing share of wallet by introducing and/or broadening product range and volume.
  • Be on site, in market. This is a high-touch, face-to-face role. You'll spend most of your week on site at major projects, asking sharp questions, building the right relationships and finding practical ways to make life easier for site teams.
  • Stay sharp. Track industry trends, competitors and market signals to prioritise high-potential sectors, companies and decision-makers.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven BDM success. A strong track record of opening doors and delivering profitable growth. Experience may come from Mining/Construction or broader Industrial sales, with a clear focus on new business generation.
  • Hunter DNA. You love the chase and excel at creating opportunities more than maintaining them.
  • Commercial maturity. Credible, team-oriented and entrepreneurial — you inspire confidence without ego.
  • Resilience and follow-through. Self-belief, composure and a reputation for doing what you say you'll do.
