Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

About the Role:

The Senior Hospitality Manager oversees staff productivity, performance, and training while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role involves conducting formal training sessions, managing inventory, equipment, and operational records, as well as supporting recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring costs, assisting with budget preparation, coordinating VIP events to uphold service standards, overseeing hospitality operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Steward Supervisor or Manager with the ability to manage multiple venues, excellent time management and organizational skills, sound administrative and rostering skills.
