Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hospitality Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction across the food and beverage operation of the resort.
  • Maximise financial returns, drive development of people, create and maintain unique guest experiences, execute on brand standards, and build awareness of the resort in the local community.
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations concerning health, safety, or other licensing and applicable legislative requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of F&B and Human Resources to develop training programs and SOPs, ensuring alignment with our resort brand service standards.
  • Oversee team member development, succession planning, and performance goals.
  • Manage staffing, HR actions, and provide support to Venue Managers while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead HACCP activities and promote workplace health and safety measures.
  • Elevate guest experiences by maintaining brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and actively engaging with guests to solicit feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of F&B facilities, analyse guest insights to drive loyalty, and optimise revenue through strategic planning and expense control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus 4+ years of related experience, including management experience.
  • Must speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Must obtain certification or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
