Job Description

The Guest Relations Manager role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional, personalized service from check-in to check-out. This includes overseeing VIP guest experiences and handling escalated concerns to ensure seamless communication between departments.

Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing rosters, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Experience in guest relations within a luxury hotel environment, strong leadership capabilities, and effective problem-solving
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in hotel systems, and flexibility to work varied shifts
  • Tertiary education (degree or diploma level) in Hotel Management or related field is highly desirable
