Virtual Healthcare Provider

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Healthcare Provider to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our telehealth service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care from the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct virtual consultations via phone and video for patients with general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations. You will also provide prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans.

  • Reviewing structured patient histories before consultations to enhance clinical efficiency
  • Carrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care
  • Supporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care

Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia
