Telehealth Nursing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Nurse Specialist to deliver patient-centered care via telehealth.
This role involves working closely with registered nurse practitioners, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and safe nursing care nationwide.
Weekly responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive and holistic care to patients over the phone.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams and patients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
- Educating patients on health topics, medication management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitoring medications, observing for adverse reactions, and reporting concerns.
- Collaborating with audit teams to review findings and implement corrective actions.
- Managing pathology recall processes, notifying patients of results, and scheduling follow-ups.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with the NMBA.
- Experience in telehealth nursing.
- Ability to build rapport with patients over the phone.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Confidence working in a mostly paperless environment, with training provided.
