Job Opportunity:

At Komatsu Australia, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our strategic marketing and sales efforts. As Strategic Marketing and Sales Leader, you'll develop and implement plans to grow sales across a broad range of product types within our aftermarket business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and manage new business streams and opportunities to achieve sales growth.

Requirements:
  • Experience in leadership and team management of a remote group in a similar role.
  • A technically minded individual with experience working within the earth moving, mining, or heavy vehicle industry.
  • A proven track record in identifying new business and closing on this opportunity.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to measure a range of metrics.
  • An ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure tangible growth and profitability through our aftermarket offering.
  • An articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading projects would be highly regarded.
  • A demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
