We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. - Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align individual sales strategies with broader organizational objectives, ensuring synergy across the sales team.
- Provide valuable insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to align outdoor sales strategies with overall organizational objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Establish an effective feedback loop with the Head of Sales and Marketing, providing insights on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, aiming for repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, customer feedback, and historical data to assist in resource planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial equipment sector (stone, glass, steel, construction).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
