Supply Chain Operations Manager

Role Overview:
This role is responsible for operational activities across supply chain management, supporting data-driven analytics and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure key issues are identified, discussed, and resolved.
- Review and optimize Craft operational activities to improve efficiency.
- Provide inputs, analysis, reporting, and recommendations on a daily, weekly, and monthly overview to support inventory management.
- Develop actions to ensure optimal service and minimum cost.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in supply chain or planning with a tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
- Highly effective communication skills with the ability to establish strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently.
