Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring seamless logistics operations across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include receipt, storage, pick & pack, and dispatch of product in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex supply chains, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams are essential for success in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Lead a multi-site warehousing function, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
  • Manage 3PL distribution partners, collaborating on optimal transport modes, routes, and equipment.
  • Oversee export functions, including freight forwarding partnerships.
  • Partner with supply chain planning and production teams to optimize stock movements and holdings.

 

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing logistics operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results.
  • Strong safety, compliance, and CoR focus.
