Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. As a key player in the global supply chain, you will oversee distribution operations across Australia and New Zealand, collaborating on logistics projects throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

About the Role:

  • Lead Warehouse Management: Manage inventory activities including receiving, storing, rotating, and handling supplies in the warehouse to achieve fast response times, high-quality deliveries, and high inventory accuracy.
  • Organize Transportation: Organize and supervise the transportation and delivery of products, including raw materials and finished goods, for distribution both internally and externally.
  • Deliver Goods: Deliver goods from the warehouse to the manufacturing cells on the factory floor to support manufacturing and outbound shipping operations.
  • Timely Receiving: Ensure timely and accurate receiving of goods to support manufacturing and outbound shipping operations.
  • Warehouse Management: Effectively manage the warehouse and associates to achieve high-quality deliveries, fast response times, and high inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service: Work with the customer service team in Australia to establish order-to-delivery lead times.
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain: Collaborate with the Global Supply Chain organization to achieve goals of delivery quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
  • Manage Suppliers: Manage Australian and New Zealand transportation suppliers, including managing the freight payment process.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met to maintain business reputation.
  • Safety Performance: Support best practice safety performance levels and ensure business compliance with relevant EHS regulations to achieve health and safety objectives.
  • Lean Methodology: Deploy distribution best practices (based on the Danaher Business System) across the distribution network to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Leadership: Lead direct reports and manage distribution in the region to drive continuous improvement.
