Job Description

The role of Supply Chain Operations Manager is to oversee the efficient operation of warehouses and distribution centres. This includes managing labour requirements, coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery of products, and maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics coordination.

Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records and reports, analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with other departments to achieve organisational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards common goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
