As a pivotal figure in our organization, you will drive exceptional services to clients and investors. You will oversee teams to ensure high-quality and accurate services are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality assurance on all applications, redemptions, switches, and transfers from the team
  • Review and release periodic, quarterly, distributions, and exit statements to investors and clients within service level agreements
  • Review pending and settled reports and distribute to clients
  • Manage compliance requirements for clients, including completing incident reports and implementing remediation
  • Manage transactions, including daily reconciliations and issue resolution
  • Understand and maintain Fee Rebate schedules and execute Fee Rebate transactions at month-end
Requirements:
  • Two years of fund services experience
  • Commercial experience in working with clients in a delivery model
  • Exposure to offshoring models is highly advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • An understanding and interest in financial markets
