
Client Support Expert

As a Client Support Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions, including invoices, premium calculations, and policy documentation.
- Draft policy wordings, endorsements, and renewal reports while maintaining up-to-date records on all clients.
- Assist with client reporting, end-of-month reconciliations, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Suggest improvements to business processes and identify system enhancement opportunities for automation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with insurers, clients, and internal colleagues to support high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar client service/operational role, preferably in an insurance or life-related field.
