About the Role
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work night shifts at our facilities in Brisbane. You will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized care plans, provide direct nursing care, and review care plans using the biopsychosocial model.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and supervision to Carers, Assistants in Nursing, and Enrolled Nurses.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety protocols, infection control measures, and safe work practices are consistently followed.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on residents' social, physical, and emotional well-being for Clinical Nurses/Assistant Manager.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Proficiency in clinical nursing practice, demonstrated through experience and training.
- Generalist registered nursing experience, with knowledge of aged care (highly desirable).
- Ability to understand and incorporate relevant aged care legislated standards into daily practice.
