
Nurse Care Specialist

We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of exceptional personalised cancer care.
Job Description:This is a casual position reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager. The successful candidate will see patients within medical oncology and haematology. Key responsibilities include providing chemotherapy, haematology and theranostic IV treatments, demonstrating high-level clinical leadership and teamwork, facilitating learning and growth opportunities for the nursing team, actively motivating others, and maintaining an environment of continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:- Current AHPRA registration
- At least 3 years experience in medical oncology nursing
- Experience in a high-acuity setting
- Post-graduate study desirable but not essential
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work successfully within a team structure
- Patient-centric approach to nursing
- Computer skills
