Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and mentoring others within clinical, medical, and commercial teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • MEDICAL EDUCATION & CLINICAL TRAINING.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive clinical education strategies for the aesthetic portfolio across assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals at educational events and KOL-led workshops to enhance expertise.
  • Provide expert consultation and support on adverse events.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with KOLs and KEEs through clinical engagement and development initiatives.
  • Guide National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers in their professional growth and mentorship.
  • Contribute clinical insights to training materials as requested by clinical managers.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess experience in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics, or aesthetics, along with exceptional patient assessment, planning, injectable treatment, and evaluation skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities are essential for success.
