Customer Service Specialist

Maintain and repair thermal management products, establish excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service calls professionally.
  • Perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure 90% planned maintenance completion rate.
  • Keep scheduling teams informed of changes and job status.
  • Report errors for accurate customer listings.
  • Closing tasks and paperwork in Oracle Mobile Field Service and FieldDB system.
  • Reporting sales or service leads.
  • Support company vision and decisions.
  • Enhance communications using email and office programs.
  • Follow established processes.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or equivalent.
  • City and Guilds 2078 or 2079 in Refrigerant Safe Handling, Subscribed to ACRIB.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Previous environmental service experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
  • Clean valid driving license.
