Role Overview

The Functional Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of a Dynamics CRM/365 CE upgrade, collaborating with vendors to deliver successful project outcomes.

  • Assists in working across all stages of a Dynamics 365 implementation including analysis, design, development, and support
  • Integrates relevant technology with D365 when required, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
  • Identifies areas of continuous improvement and implements standardised best practices, enhancing business efficiency and productivity
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Ensures timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM, with a strong understanding of its features and functionalities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision and maximum independence
