Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to lead the transition of key operational systems and processes into a fully digital environment. This long-term opportunity will see you drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise in project management and digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables align with business objectives.

  • Develop and implement data-focused initiatives, analyzing trends and informing strategic decisions through effective data interpretation and communication.
  • Leverage Power BI and site-specific data platforms to inform business insights and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Maintain progress reports, providing clear updates to leadership on project status and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate project resources, integrating IT systems with operational processes to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Sustain change management efforts, driving adoption of digital systems across the organization.
