Transform Business ResultsThe Role
A Benefits Transformation Specialist is required to collaborate with stakeholders, define and track benefits across key HR systems.
This specialist will develop frameworks and dashboards to monitor progress and ensure every change counts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, track and report on benefits across key HRMS modules.
- Develop frameworks, KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and maximise value.
- Analyse post-implementation data and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in benefits realisation or business performance management in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Recruitment, Onboarding).
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SAP Analytics).
