The role
We are looking for our next Customer Service superstar

The role is based in Devonport and attracts an hourly rate of $34.10 an hour, upon commencement and until successful completion of probation. After which, the hourly rate increases to $35.99.

You'll play a vital role engaging with a diverse range of customers—over the phone, by email, webchat and at the front counter—helping them with enquiries, resolving issues, and providing friendly, professional service.

The Details
This role is based in Devonport and attracts a salary of $78, inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience. We currently have one permanent position available. There may also be additional opportunities in the near future, including roles to cover parental leave and other upcoming vacancies.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre session (up to 2 hours). This will include an introductory overview of the organisation, a skills assessment relevant to the role, and a panel interview with members of the hiring team.
