Working closely with our branch team, you'll learn all facets of the business including customer service, internal sales, inventory, and warehousing. You'll build the foundations for a successful career with Tasmania's leading industrial supplier.

About the Role:
You'll be on the ground learning and contributing from day one. This hands-on, fast-paced role gives you exposure to everything from helping customers on the floor to supporting warehouse operations and the internal sales.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Delivering GREAT service and support to new and existing customers, including handling enquiries, providing quotes, and offering informed product advice
  • Assisting with internal sales functions such as pricing, orders, contract management, and key account support
  • Collaborating with the external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and promote new and complementary products
  • Supporting stock control and inventory management, including merchandising, store layout changes, price updates, and replenishment
  • Contributing to purchasing, account management, and coordinating deliveries
  • Actively participating in branch sales meetings, sharing ideas, and showing leadership as you grow with the business
