As a dedicated customer service representative, you will play a vital role in helping builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Assisting with pick packing and stock control activities
  • Helping to maintain a tidy and safe work environment
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
