Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure claims are correctly pathed for assessment.
- Assist with assessing and towing related queries from claims teams, customers, repairers, and providers.
- Provide administrative support, including quote management.
- Coordinate post-assessment and repair activities for customers.
- Work closely with towing provider partners to ensure SLAs are met.
- Identify key areas for improvement based on job experience.
- Motor Claims or Claims experience preferred.
- Passion for customers and delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multi-task and have outstanding time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to the audience.
- Ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance business performance.
- Knowledge of Claim Centre and MS Office Suite.
