About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating interview scheduling activities across the Asia-Pacific region to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and work closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to candidates regarding their recruitment status.
  • Coordinate onsite written assessments and track recruiting activities to provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to educate clients on the recruiting process and roles involved.
  • Arrange candidate travel and accommodation as needed for domestic and international interviews.
  • Manage vendor engagement and update candidates on recruitment activities and their status.
  • Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
  • Update candidate records in the recruiting system – HIRE.
  • Utilize recruiting tools to assess candidates' skills and arrange for candidate reimbursements when necessary.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in HR or a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
  • Experience with technical tracking systems or software (like ATS).
