Lead Centre Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our centre operations, driving excellence in all aspects of the region. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, policies, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high standards of care, education, and engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Program Development: Design engaging activities for children's holistic development, prioritising their safety and well-being.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
  • Acecqa approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
