Customer Service Professional

Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet clients, respond to counter and telephone inquiries
- Manage front desk duties, including booking appointments, processing claims and data entry
- Interact with diverse client groups, including children and adults with complex needs
- Conduct minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of work
- Intermediate computer literacy and experience with mobile technology
