The Opportunity

Our centre is seeking a dedicated team member who can build and maintain an exceptional learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality education and care that supports the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum.

Our centre boasts well-equipped indoor and outdoor play areas, technology-enabled learning spaces, and a range of activities designed to promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development in young children.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) from a recognised institution.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience as an educator in early childhood services, with a focus on working with children in the 0-5 age range.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
