Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, this role will suit a community-minded individual who also has a passion for professional business acumen.
Your role will focus on building strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for people, while producing high-quality deliverables with a core focus on positive team and participant outcomes.
Responsibilities will include: Understanding and commitment to the values and objectives of the NDISEnsuring high-quality & consistent service to NDIS participants Adhering to, and ensuring compliance with, relevant policies and procedures relating to the NDIS and APM business Tracking and delivering on set KPIs and business outcomes Providing ongoing professional guidance and mentoring to your team Working directly with NDIS participants to support the achievement of their goals and establish integrated community awareness Supporting and promoting individual needs, skills, abilities, and personal goals of people with disabilities Demonstrating commitment to social justice principles and a 'fair go for all'You will have…Extensive experience in a team leadership role in a complex and dynamic work environment Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships at personal, organisational, and community levels, coupled with sound community development, stakeholder engagement & influencing skills A clear understanding and knowledge of options in the local community for social and economic participation for people with a disability, their families, and carers Well-developed communication, customer service, time management, and prioritisation skills Qualification in allied health, disability, human or child services, community services, or social work is desirable but not mandatory Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and ability to work with client information systems Hold a valid Working With Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, and can successfully complete a PEP check Be rewarded for your success: At APM, we focus on delivery and provide work variety and flexibility.
