About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team in Hobart, Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute account sales strategies for the business unit.
  • Provide technical in-services and presentations to customers to ensure the best possible outcomes and service.
  • Conduct on-site education and consulting to support field teams.
  • Assist Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support.
  • Support sales and marketing programs with specific activities as provided by the Marketing team.
  • Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
  • Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.
  • Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.
  • Identify and facilitate execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
  • Monitor field inventory effectively and ensure appropriate levels relative to demand in locations.
  • Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and the Clinical Research team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma with minimum of 8 years relevant experience OR Associate Diploma with minimum of 6 years relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience either in a clinical setting with cardiac pacing devices or cardiac sales.
  • Required to travel up to 25%, valid driver's licence required.
