• Analyze trends and provide insights to improve documentation processes and outcomes.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current registration.

• Certification as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS or CDIP) is preferred.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
