  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on CRM systems and digital marketing solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business goals and challenges to recommend tailored CRM solutions that align with their objectives.
  • CRM Solution Guidance: Provide expert advice on CRM systems, functionalities, and best practices to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage the end-to-end process of CRM platform implementation.
  • Client Onboarding & Training: Assist clients during the onboarding process and deliver training sessions to ensure they are fully equipped to leverage their new CRM.
  • Customer Success: Regularly check in with clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and ongoing optimization of their CRM systems.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients by introducing additional features or related solutions.
  • Market Insight & Reporting: Stay up-to-date with CRM market trends and provide feedback to improve product offerings and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role within a digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Paid, Data, etc).
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $100K - $130k package depending on experience.
