About the Role

This is a key position responsible for developing and executing strategies to support the growth of our partner ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key players in the market, focusing on mutual value creation through co-innovation, co-development, and go-to-market collaboration.
  • Translate SAP's innovation into clear and compelling customer value, enabling partners to drive business outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for co-innovation, co-development, and go-to-market collaboration between partner and SAP, driving holistic portfolio and innovation adoption.
  • Safeguard successful customer outcomes by ensuring seamless partner implementation execution, meeting the highest delivery quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs that accelerate partner sales, presales, and delivery performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in partnership development, ideally within a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of sales motions, go-to-market strategies, and partner engagement models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions and platforms, including SAP Cloud Platform.
