Senior Client Success Manager

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take the next step in their career into account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving growth of these accounts.
The role involves working closely with team members to ensure they are set up for success and providing proactive plans and innovation to drive strategic direction. A high level of attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for this position.
Previous experience in a client service or field manager role and a proven ability to make commercial decisions which result in positive outcomes for the business are required. The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership and accountability for driving strategic direction of client programs.
