Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves client account management, driving new business opportunities, and developing strategic content marketing campaigns for our clients. As a Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist at Visual Domain, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a dynamic content production team, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios and ensure successful delivery of video content programs.
- Generate revenue from new clients by responding to leads.
- Identify client requirements, project scope, and estimate project costs.
- Create proposals to secure new projects.
- Respond to briefs and RFQs.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Enter lead and sales data into our CRM (HubSpot).
- Conduct handover and kickoff meetings with clients and the production team.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create and optimize engaging content for various digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with lateral thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Structured approach and adherence to proven processes.
- Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
