Senior Client Success Manager

At Visual Domain, you will collaborate with a dynamic content team and contribute to client growth and success.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities Manage client accounts and deliver video content programs successfully Generate revenue by responding to leads and acquiring new clients Identify client requirements, scope projects, and estimate costs Create proposals to win new projects Respond to briefs and RFQs Maintain and nurture client relationships Enter sales data into CRM (Hubspot)Conduct handover and kickoff meetings with clients and production teams Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing)Conduct market research and competitor analysis Create engaging content for digital platforms Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights Understand client business goals and collaborate accordingly Ensure high customer satisfaction Who are you?Proven digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative problem-solving mindset Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Ads, Analytics, social media platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Structured with a proven process approach Strong written and verbal communication skills Track record of meeting sales targets Ability to work effectively in a team Benefits Our "News Benefits" include access to News Corp publications, health & wellbeing support, flexible leave options, development opportunities, financial wellbeing support, exclusive discounts, community engagement, and inclusive workplace facilities.
