Senior Client Success Manager - News Corp

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves client account management, driving new business opportunities, and developing strategic content marketing campaigns for our clients. As a Creative Service Sales & Marketing Specialist at Visual Domain, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a dynamic content production team, and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  1. Manage client portfolios and ensure successful delivery of video content programs.
  2. Generate revenue from new clients by responding to leads.
  3. Identify client requirements, project scope, and estimate project costs.
  4. Create proposals to secure new projects.
  5. Respond to briefs and RFQs.
  6. Maintain and nurture client relationships.
  7. Enter lead and sales data into our CRM (HubSpot).
  8. Conduct handover and kickoff meetings with clients and the production team.
  9. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  10. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  11. Create and optimize engaging content for various digital platforms.
  12. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.
  13. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with lateral thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Structured approach and adherence to proven processes.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.
