Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Bid Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading bid proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals
  • Lead bid proposals and presentations, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry regulations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure technical expertise and business development are aligned
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development and bid management within the construction and engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of the engineering aspects of underground engineering and associated civil engineering disciplines
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in communication and proposal writing
  • Minimum 10 years of experience post-Bachelor's degree
