Our Rehabilitation Services team provides holistic care to support injured workers in their recovery journey. We work closely with clients and employers to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that focus on returning employees to work safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vocational assessments, counselling, and other clinical expertise areas such as functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Performing vocational assessments and providing expert advice to help clients return to work or find new employment opportunities
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient) or Occupational Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
