Job Title: Scheduling Officer

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care worker schedules to meet client needs, addressing scheduling conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner.

The role involves actioning and documenting phone calls and communications relating to career scheduling, including roster changes, carer sick leave, and client enquiries. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our scheduling process to enhance service delivery.

You will professionally liaise with internal and external stakeholders, perform general administration duties, including printing, scanning, and filing of documentation into online systems and portals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling/rostering within the Age Care industry, intermediate computer literacy in using a variety of Mac & Microsoft Office programs and online systems.

You will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing or urgent tasks. Work rights in Australia are required, with qualification in Business Administration being desirable but not essential.

Applicable industry licenses, including WWCC & First Aid/CPR, are necessary, as is a national criminal history/police check or willingness to obtain. Previous experience in a fast-paced Aged Care or Health Care setting is also required.
