As authorised distributors of top-tier brands including Yale, Hyster, Manitou, Dingli, Karcher, and JLG, we provide customised solutions that meet diverse customer needs. We're now looking for a detail-driven and customer-focused **Branch Coordinator** to join our Wagga Wagga team.

**Your day-to-day**:
You'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our Wagga Wagga branch through high-level administration, rental coordination, and service scheduling.

Tasks will include:

- **Managing** rental contracts, service logs, and customer communications.
- **Overseeing the end-to-end** rental process—from enquiry to equipment delivery and pickup.
- **Coordinating equipment servicing and liaising with technicians** to ensure mínimal customer downtime.
- **Maintaining accurate reports and documentation** aligned with branch activities.

- Proven experience in **admin or coordination roles** (customer service or operations preferred)
