Job Title: Operations Coordinator

This is a demanding role that requires considerable administrative experience, high levels of accuracy and the ability to meet daily deadlines. You will be responsible for processing official documents, data entry, working on scanning and registration projects, and filing.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Processing of documents, data entry, working on scanning and registration project and filing;
  • Scheduling of meetings and building/plumbing inspections;
  • Preparation of correspondence and statutory approvals; and
  • Providing information and advice to customers both verbally and face-to-face.

Requirements:

  • Able to effectively meet deadlines in a high workload office environment;
  • Well-organised with excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Substantial administration and customer service experience with attention to detail, relevant to the role.
