Job Opportunity

Kurrajong, a not-for-profit registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our First Contact team as a Coordinator of Supports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and families to coordinate the lifecycle of their NDIS plan supports scheduling and claiming
  • Collaborate with clients and families to build on their NDIS plan knowledge and available support streams within the local area based on their choices
  • Identify potential under/over servicing for clients and act if goals or supports are not being delivered as per service agreements
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the NDIS price guide and support categories
