Production Coordinator Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our production coordination team in an Australian manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate production and shipment of orders
  • Implement, organize and communicate production schedules
  • Assess production and resources requirements
  • Procure ingredients
  • Liaise with customers
  • Provide timely communications to other teams
  • Daily production needs must be met
  • Product costing is required
  • Arrange and manage freight movements

Requirements:

  • High school or bachelor's degree in any field
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Customer focus with a can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MYOB experience is beneficial
  • Prior experience working as a production coordinator in a manufacturing setting (food) is preferred
