Job Title: Site & Materials Coordinator

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Site & Materials Coordinator.

In this position, you will provide direct support to production activities and contribute to the management and accountability of subcontractor materials in support of repair and maintenance operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the production team to plan and mobilize equipment to allocated sites;
  • Assisting the Production Team with material procurement; and
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in materials registers while coordinating with contractors to mobilize materials as needed.

This position is based in Henderson, WA, and requires a current Australia Defence Security Clearance.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite. A Construction Induction Card (White Card), Current Motor Vehicle Drivers' Licence, and a Forklift Licence are also required.
