Job Title: Senior Material Process Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all metallic materials meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality metallic materials
  • Develop and implement process controls to guarantee material consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of materials into production
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or materials engineering
  • Strong understanding of metal properties and processing techniques
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Mastery of statistical analysis and process control
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies
  • Experience working with MRP or ERP systems
