Site Coordinator Job

About the Role:

  • The Site Coordinator will provide direct support to production activities.
  • This role involves management and accountability of subcontractor materials in support of repair and maintenance activities.

This position is based at Henderson, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team in planning and mobilizing equipment to allocated sites;
  • Assist the production team with procurement of materials;
  • Maintain up-to-date information in materials registers while working with contractors to mobilize materials as necessary.

About You:

  • You will have experience in MILIS and SAP, with strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • An Australia Defence Security Clearance is required.
