**About the role**
We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced HR professional to join our People & Culture team at GrainCorp. This role is all about impact—helping shape the employee experience, supporting leaders, and building a positive, values-led workplace culture.

Reporting to the General Manager - Human Resources, you'll be a trusted partner across the business. Whether you're based in Toowoomba, Brisbane Ports, or Hamilton (QLD) and this role offers hybrid working. You'll be empowered to lead initiatives that matter, including:

- Designing and delivering a strategic people plan
- Coaching leaders in modern, values-led leadership
- Supporting EA negotiations and industrial relations activity
- Embedding our values in everyday decision-making
- Activating talent and driving learning and development
- Supporting key people initiatives like goal setting, performance reviews, employee surveys and talent reviews
- Managing employee relations issues with confidence and care
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and awards
- Acting as a connector between our HR specialists and the business—solving problems and making things happen

You're a commercial, pragmatic and people-first HR Business Partner who's driven by impact. You know how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, and you thrive in environments where change is constant and pace is high. Most importantly, you genuinely care about people and want to make their work experience better.

- Experience leading HR strategy and implementing high-impact projects
