We're looking for a passionate and driven People & Culture (P&C) Business (or Workforce) Partner to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a true business partnering role—supporting and influencing business outcomes across our operations.

This role would suit either:

  • An established P&C Business Partner, or
  • An experienced HR Generalist or Specialist looking to establish themselves as a business partner and take the next step in their career.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders to support and drive P&C initiatives that position WTG for future success
  • Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Provide coaching and support on industrial and employee relations matters
  • Help build and deliver cultural enhancement initiatives aimed to continually build engagement across the business
  • Play a key role in aligning people strategies with operational goals

What we're looking for:

  • An established HR professional who is excited to build strong relationships and positively influence change
  • A team player willing to support operational HR functions while the team continues to establish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Experience or interest in workforce planning, recruitment, and ER/IR coaching
  • Ability to undertake planned travel throughout our operating network
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for shaping positive workplace culture
